• Where can I buy tickets?

    Tickets may be purchased in advanced through See Tickets, via the Countryfile Live ticketing page or at https://www.seetickets.com

    Tickets are also available through Eventim at https://www.eventim.co.uk

  • Can I buy tickets on the gate?

    Yes, although they are more expensive and will be subject to availability. We would recommend buying your tickets in advance to take advantage of the discounted pre-booking rate as well as giving you time to properly plan your day.  For full ticket pricing click here.

  • Is booking available for groups?

    Yes. Please contact our dedicated groups booking team at Encore on 020 7492 1637 or visit our Groups ticketing page here for more information and to book.

  • Is there a Countryfile Live theatre show this year?

    There will be a new theatre format this year, which will give visitors the opportunity to see their favourite Countryfile presenters.

    Details will be announced in the coming months.

  • I have lost my ticket who do I contact?

    Please contact See Tickets on 0844 209 7324* or Eventim 0844 249 1000 who will be able to organise replacement tickets to be picked up from the onsite box office. Photo identification will be required. There will be no additional charge for replacement tickets, but the card holder will be required to collect at the Box Office on the day with the card they used to purchase the tickets.

  • I am buying a ticket as a present and won’t be attending, is this OK?

    Yes. However, if the person you are giving the tickets to is picking them up at the event, we require a letter of authorisation from the cardholder and the name of the third party collecting the tickets.

  • When booking a car park, why can I only request my tickets to be posted to me?

    The event entrances and car parking management plan has put in measures that require physical car parking stickers to be displayed in your car windscreen on arrival to the show. Car parking tickets cannot be purchased 5 days before the show as the only ticket options will be Print at Home or Collect at Box Office to avoid tickets not being delivered in time.

  • When posted, how will I receive my tickets?

    Tickets will start to be sent via standard post (or registered post if requested) to the address you provide at time of booking. Tickets will be dispatched from early June 2018 onwards and immediately following your order should you book after June.

  • What if my tickets do not arrive?

    Please contact See Tickets on 0844 209 7324* or Eventim 0844 249 1000 if your tickets do not arrive and it is less than 5 days before the event. Please quote the unique transaction number supplied to you at time of booking. This will also be found on your email confirmation. There will be no additional charge for replacement tickets.

  • I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

    Tickets are non-refundable in this circumstance.

  • How can I change my email address if it is different from that I used to purchase my tickets?

    If your email address changes we would advise that you contact See Tickets on 0844 209 7324* or Eventim 0844 249 1000 or log back in to your customer account.
