Accessibility Statement

We are working to make BBC Countryfile Live as accessible as possible. We will be offering the following for disabled customers:

  • Personal assistant tickets
  • Accessible toilets
  • Accessible toilets, showers and water points on the campsite
  • Dedicated viewing area within the Main Theatre show
  • Disabled parking (you will need to have your blue badge on display)
  • Specific BSL sessions within the Main Theatre show and other key features
  • Shuttle services between our car parks and show entrances

Carer ticketing at Countryfile Live

Free personal assistant tickets will be provided for carers for standard ticket holders with access requirements.  You will need to contact the Eventim Box Office or the email address above within 48 hours following your purchase to have the personal assistant ticket added to your order. Your personal assistant ticket will be sent to you as per your order preference, either as a print at home ticket or sent in the post. (NB: The Box Office may ask to see an accessibility pass when tickets are redeemed onsite).

If you did not arrange your personal assistant ticket during your telephone purchase please contact the Eventim Customer Service Box Office on 0333 344 6250 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9am to 5pm. Guide assistance and support dogs are very welcome at the event.

Accessible parking at Countryfile Live

Accessible parking will be available on site at the event, please follow the blue badge icon on directional signage when driving towards the event to be directed to accessible car parking. Please display your blue badge on arrival to the show with your car parking pass for the event.

Help for the hearing impaired at Countryfile Live 

The Countryfile Main Theatre and other key features will have specific sessions that will be signed in British Sign Language (BSL) each day. If you require this service please make sure you book yourself into one of these denoted theatre sessions. Details on these sessions will go live when the programme is announced in the coming months so why not sign up to our newsletter for updates. There will also be Induction Loops fitted at Theatres.

Help for the visually impaired

Large print maps and show guides will be available from the Access Information Point and Lounge.

Venue Access Information 

Blenheim Palace and its parks and gardens are a fully accessible; however, due to the nature and layout of the Palace and grounds we strongly recommend that an able-bodied carer accompany those who require assistance.  The following link details Blenheim Palace’s Accessibility Statement.

Access information point and lounge

We have set up a dedicated access information point and lounge for any of our access requirement ticket holders requiring the use of this space. Please ask a member of staff on the day who can give you directions to this central event area. We will be in touch closer to the event will full accessibility details in preparation for your visit.

Eventim dedicated access phone line 

Eventim do not operate a dedicated phone line for accessibility bookings, each operator is fully trained to take access calls via the main booking line. This gives the customer a far greater chance of speaking directly to an operator immediately. Should the operator not be able to answer a specific question the query can be swiftly escalated through to the contact centre supervisor.

Booking Event Access Equipment for the show

Event Mobility Charitable Incorporated Organisation will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility-impaired visitors at the show.

To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair you can book online at, print out an advance booking form from the website or contact the office on 01386 725391 to request a form to be posted to you.  The charity asks £25 for an electric scooter and £10 for a manual wheelchair.

Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone.
